I’m Jacob Purdy, and I’m excited to share a bit about why I started Purdy Professional Services. My
journey in IT began as a Helpdesk Technician, supporting thousands of users over the years
while learning the ropes in a fast-paced environment. From there, I moved into a System
Administrator role, where I developed innovative solutions to keep critical business systems
running smoothly.
Now, as a Security Engineer, I’m dedicated to building and protecting the high-priority
systems that businesses rely on. I started Purdy Professional Services to offer the same level of
expertise and care I’ve provided throughout my career, ensuring your IT infrastructure is
